Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Phoenix, Arizona, handling motor vehicle liability cases, focusing on litigation, trial prep, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Handling litigation cases
• Drafting and filing litigation documents
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in AZ
• 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability / MVA experience
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
