Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Little Rock to manage motor vehicle accident cases, including trial preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases
• Draft and file litigation documents
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interact with expert witnesses
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Arkansas State Bar Association
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
