Seeking a Case Manager in Training to manage law firm operations, perform administrative tasks, and support the legal team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Assist case managers and attorneys with client files
Collect check requests for records and reports
Copy documents and demand packages
Complete certified mail cards and mail documents
Perform general office duties
Create client folders
Prepare and send letters
Send out demand letters
Perform other related duties
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
1 year of legal field experience (a plus)
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to multi-task and manage workload
Great written and communication skills
Highly organized
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm
