Job Description

Seeking a Case Manager in Training to manage law firm operations, perform administrative tasks, and support the legal team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist case managers and attorneys with client files
  • Collect check requests for records and reports
  • Copy documents and demand packages
  • Complete certified mail cards and mail documents
  • Perform general office duties
  • Create client folders
  • Prepare and send letters
  • Send out demand letters
  • Perform other related duties

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
  • 1 year of legal field experience (a plus)
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload
  • Great written and communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm
