Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in one of our California offices. Responsibilities include handling pre-litigation work, guiding clients, drafting documents, overseeing negotiations, managing a team, and focusing on personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Handling pre-litigation work
• Completing Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guiding clients
• Drafting and filing documents
• Completing TD approval
• Overseeing settlement negotiations
• Managing the release approval process
• Managing a team of Case Managers
• Focusing on personal injury cases
• Driving compliance and KPIs
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from accredited law school
• Active member of CA State Bar
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
