Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in one of our California offices. Responsibilities include handling pre-litigation work, guiding clients, drafting documents, overseeing negotiations, and managing a team. Requirements include a law degree, CA State Bar membership, 2+ years of personal injury experience, and strong skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling pre-litigation work
• Completing Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing pre-litigation documents
• Completing TD approval for liability issues
• Overseeing settlement negotiations
• Managing the release approval process
• Managing a team of Case Managers
• Focusing on Personal injury cases
• Driving compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
