Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Premises Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Downtown Atlanta or Alpharetta to handle premises and motor vehicle accident cases, including trial preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Handling litigation cases
• Drafting and filing litigation documents
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
