Job Description

Morgan & Morgan seeks an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to manage a complex caseload, including pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial, representing plaintiffs in various premises liability cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Draft and file litigation documents
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interact with expert witnesses
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor)
• Active member of the State Bar Association (AZ required)
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience
• Ability to manage high volume of cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
