Job Description

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Product Liability Attorney with at least 1+ years' experience to join its growing complex litigation group, handling a complex caseload, up to and including trial.

Responsibilities

• Handling state and federal cases from inception to trial
• Drafting and filing litigation documents
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses
• Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California State Bar Association
• Minimum 1+ years' of product liability experience
• Exceptional research skills
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
