This role is within the Reward & Recognition team, focusing on delivering processes and programs in North America. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring collaboration with business leaders and talent acquisition teams.
Responsibilities
Provide advice and counsel to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers during offer negotiation
Work with compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions
Communicate effectively with senior leaders and people & culture teams
Contribute to running compensation programs
Help support the design of reward and recognition frameworks
Lead compensation projects from design through execution
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of compensation programs
Requirements
Experience working on compensation in a tech company
Knowledge of competitive talent environment in California and US pay regulations
Experience working on complex offers
Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions under pressure
Ability to assimilate ambiguous information and provide insights
Proficient using Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills
Collaborative approach to stakeholder management
Experience of managing workload across an array of activity and projects
Experience partnering with other teams and good communication skills
