Job Description

Sigma Computing seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through strategic account management and growth initiatives. The role involves building customer relationships, leveraging analytics expertise, developing success plans, and leading educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience in SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and grow customer accounts
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms preferred
