CAIS seeks a highly organized Senior Associate to support the growth of its product offerings, driving operational workflows, monitoring investment portfolios, and optimizing processes through automation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support fund management in operating investment vehicles
• Monitor underlying investment portfolios
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely operations
• Prepare for month-end and quarter-end cycles
• Develop understanding of business objectives
• Help define and drive scalable solutions
• Enhance internal reporting framework
• Assist with onboarding and testing new technology solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in fund operations within Alternative Investment industry
• Expert understanding of Alternative Investment fund structures and operational workflows
• Basic fund accounting knowledge
• Experience with portfolio management systems
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Highly organized self-starter
