Job Description

Fleetio is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to close new business with large organizations. The role involves creating a business development plan, utilizing strategic sales tactics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

  • Create a business development plan to close new customers
  • Close new business within the Enterprise segment
  • Influence and own the sales process
  • Drive meaningful outcomes and ARR growth
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to convert prospects
  • Work with large prospects and well-known brands
  • Develop a strategic territory business plan
  • Navigate complex organizational structures
  • Research and understand customer business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal partners
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide input to other corporate functions
  • Create ROI and business justification reports
  • Run tight POCs based on business success criteria

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience closing Enterprise deals of $150k+
  • 5+ years of experience carrying a $1mil + quota
  • High proficiency in selling software as a service (SaaS)
  • Proven experience building relationships with C-level executives
  • Proven track record of building a direct customer strategy
  • Clear examples of closing complex deals
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a technical product
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment
  • Effectively use a repeatable method for uncovering opportunities
  • Experience working with cross-functional business partners
