Job Description

The Account Executive, SMB will work with inbound and outbound leads to close new customers using sales tactics. They will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, influencing and owning the sales process while driving meaningful outcomes and ARR growth.

Responsibilities

  • Know software inside and out
  • Conduct consultative sales
  • Generate new pipeline through strategic outbound outreach
  • Perform web-based demos and presentations
  • Proactive and consistent follow-up
  • Negotiate pricing & close opportunities

Requirements

  • 2 years SaaS sales experience
  • 1 year of closing experience preferred
  • Consistent employment
  • Experience owning customer engagements end-to-end
  • Experience in pipeline generation and management
  • Experience selling to a broad array of decision-makers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain focused and disciplined
  • Driven by results
