The District Manager of Sunnyside Illinois is responsible for profitability of multiple dispensaries and their teams within the state, ensuring the region achieves or exceeds all key metrics and goals.
Responsibilities
Build a high-performing dispensary management team
Assess management performance and develop a leadership pipeline
Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve goals
Uphold a culture of accountability
Respond to managers' questions and communicate resource needs
Assess store staffing and efficiency
Establish and nurture key business partner relationships
Lead dispensary managers in cohesive forecasting and customer service
Participate in new store opening project initiatives
Analyze business metrics to create and implement action plans
Achieve sales objectives
Partner with Regional Buyer to select product line enhancements
Gather data and insights to contribute to strategic plans
Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations concerns
Manage any inspection or audit escalations
Develop organization plans to drive performance
Provide regular updates and feedback to corporate retail leadership
Requirements
7-9 years of Retail Management Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to learn and teach technical information
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency
