Job Description

The Retail Store Supervisor will support day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with state law and Company standards. This position will help to direct workflow of the staff, and regularly perform store opening and closing procedures. As a Supervisor, you will manage any customer escalations, reinforce team culture and act as an ambassador of the company’s mission to normalize, professionalize, and revolutionize cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• Facilitate training and onboarding
• Respond to employee questions
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Direct the workflow of the team
• Ensure team accountability to compliance
• Manage escalated customer concerns
• Investigate discrepancies
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Verify inventory counts
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets
• Ensure a clean and safe environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
