Responsibilities
Bring BeatBox to life in the market
Build a local network
Translate national programs into successful local activation
Hire, train, and staff a field marketing team
Align with SEM/Sales counterparts
Activate national events
Develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers
Ride-alongs with distributors
Maintain storage facility and product inventory
Identify event opportunities
Identify Beatbox influencers
Develop social media content
Requirements
Maintain a state sampling license
Deep understanding of the beverage industry
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Proficiency in planning and executing events
Ability to connect with consumers
Excellent communication skills
Confidence in delivering presentations
Knowledge of sales processes
Creative thinking
Skill in managing marketing budgets
Ability to identify and address challenges

2 years of field marketing experience
