Responsibilities
Provide online technical support to technicians and workshops
Ensure definitive and correct repair of complex cases
Provide Quality Assurance with early warnings of product failures
Document product quality issues and feed into the Fault Elimination Process
Document and publish technical bulletins for workshops
Analyze repeated repair cases and define corrective measures
Monitor the quality of new vehicles during the launch period
Organize and conduct training seminars for workshop technicians
Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of product safety incidents
Coordinate with Legal and CRM to launch recall/service actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Extensive experience in product support or product safety within the automotive industry
In-depth understanding of ICE and EV technologies
Ability to develop and implement diagnostic solutions
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions
