Join Scout Motors to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market. This role involves identifying suppliers, establishing sourcing strategies, managing programs, evaluating technical changes, and leading supplier evaluations. The position requires in-office attendance with potential for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers for parts and services
• Establish sourcing strategies
• Act as program manager during pre-production
• Evaluate technical changes to parts and services
• Lead cross-functional supplier evaluations
• Manage vendors, negotiate costs, and nominate vendors
• Collaborate with internal teams to support supply chain strategy

Requirements

• 2-5 years of purchasing experience in procurement category strategies related to international logistics and customs regulations
• 2-5 years experience in leading the procurement process, commercial/cost negotiations and supplier nominations
• 2-5 years of project management experience
• 2-5 years of knowledge of procurement systems
• Proficient in data analytics & reporting
• Strong stakeholder and partner supplier relationships
• Thorough knowledge of logistics operations
• MS Office Suite Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License
