The Sales Associate at Reformation is responsible for achieving sales goals, engaging with customers, and embodying the brand's values. They will contribute to an exceptional customer experience, build client relationships, and share knowledge about the brand's sustainability efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or retail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends
• Flexibility with schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays)
