Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will lead and execute efforts to achieve store goals, focusing on customer experience, sales targets, and operational efficiency within a sustainable fashion brand.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience
  • Maintain high customer experience feedback scores
  • Act as brand ambassador
  • Uphold inventory accuracy and controls
  • Track metrics for inventory and take action
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention
  • Maintain seamless store operational procedures
  • Support merchandising presentation strategy
  • Provide feedback on sales and product
  • Uphold and lead by example with policies and procedures
  • Motivate and support sales associates
  • Onboard new hires and coach existing associates
  • Contribute and lead through training and customer experience programs
  • Maintain a professional work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience
  • Experience with sales or retail organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven approach to take on new challenges
  • Excellent communicator
  • Effective problem-solver with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
