Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will lead and execute efforts to achieve store goals, focusing on customer experience, sales targets, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading the sales floor, managing inventory, and contributing to loss prevention, while also embodying brand values and training staff.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals

  • Provide feedback on sales and product
  • Uphold all policies and procedures
  • Motivate and support sales associates
  • Onboard new hires and coach existing associates
  • Contribute and lead through training and customer experience programs
  • Maintain a professional work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven approach to take on new challenges
