Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will help lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals. They will lead by example, inspire others, and contribute to a technology-led in-store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Contribute to a technology led in-store experience
  • Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores
  • Act as brand ambassador
  • Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls
  • Track metrics for inventory accuracy
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention
  • Maintain seamless store operational procedures
  • Support merchandising presentation strategy and concept standards
  • Provide feedback on sales, product and allocation
  • Uphold and lead by example with all policies and procedures
  • Display a dedicated approach to motivate and support sales associates
  • Onboard new hires and coach existing associates
  • Contribute and lead through training and customer experience programs
  • Maintain and manage a professional, healthy, and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven approach to take on new challenges
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for people
  • Effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
