Job Description

The Temporary Sales Associate will execute all efforts required to achieve individual sales goals. They will focus on customer engagement, delivering excellent client experiences, and embodying brand values while educating customers on sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement
  • Contribute to an in-store experience for customers
  • Deliver excellent client experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain customer experience feedback
  • Understand inventory accuracy
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention
  • Uphold time and attendance policy

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven approach to new challenges
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
