Job Description

Postman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape how software teams use workspaces for API development, collaboration, and workflow organization. The role involves defining product strategy, roadmap, and execution, with a focus on understanding customer needs and driving product success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into the product strategy
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science
• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to set goals and evaluate progress
• Plan and execute product launches

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in collaboration or developer tools
• Strong understanding of API technologies and developer workflows
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with product analytics tools
• Comfort with 4+ hours of overlap with Bangalore, India
