Seeking a proactive Associate People Business Partner to develop and implement onboarding and offboarding programs, enhancing the employee experience. This role supports all aspects of people operations, collaborating on programs like performance management and employee engagement, analyzing metrics, and addressing employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on People programs like performance management and employee engagement
• Assist with employee feedback and action plans
• Analyze people metrics and provide insights
• Support design and delivery of learning initiatives
• Identify and address training needs
• Address employee relations issues
• Be a go-to People Team resource for employees globally

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering
• Experience in coaching employees through complex situations
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with HR tech tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations
