Job Description

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a distributed team, enhance core services, and ensure high availability. You'll be accountable for core engineering, including APIs, AuthN/Z, and payments processing, requiring strong leadership and technical skills.

• Experience leading teams building platform-level capabilities
• Proficient in strategy planning and stakeholder management
• Expertise in guiding senior engineers
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching early-career engineers
