Job Description

As a Sr. People Business Partner at Splice, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand departmental needs and translate them into actionable People & Culture strategies. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, optimize talent acquisition, and drive organizational performance. Additionally, you will partner with the People team on various initiatives, including performance reviews, goal setting, and supporting DE&I efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and advise leaders and employees
• Recommend People & Culture strategies
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Partner with L&D to drive leadership development programs
• Advise managers on organizational challenges
• Lead People & Culture initiatives
• Utilize data to improve employee engagement
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Streamline People and Culture processes
• Support an internationally distributed workforce

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of HR experience
• Experience partnering with department heads
• Ability to recommend innovative People & Culture strategies
• Experience designing and leading leadership development programs
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits
• Solution-focused thinking and strong judgment
• Strong organizational development experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience
• Expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
