Job Description

The Sales Development & Pipeline Enablement Specialist will empower Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with strategies, tools, and best practices to build a qualified pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or business development representative and a deep understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enablement programs for prospecting strategies and pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to create outbound sequences
  • Curate and amplify customer success stories
  • Develop and refine training on core messaging and sales pitch
  • Optimize usage of go-to-market tools to enhance prospecting effectiveness
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement and address them with initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR with success in generating pipeline
  • Experience creating and iterating on outbound sales sequences
  • Expertise with prospecting tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally
  • Passion for coaching and enabling others
