Vercel seeks a Sales Trainer & Onboarding Manager to build and deliver their first in-person sales and customer success onboarding program, Vercel Bootcamp, focusing on training, sales excellence, and ramping up enterprise sales reps.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute Vercel Bootcamp
Manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding curriculum
Facilitate training sessions
Develop and maintain asynchronous onboarding resources
Partner with teams to ensure training reflects priorities and product updates
Coach new hires through their ramp period
Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness
Act as a thought leader in sales enablement
Requirements
3+ years of enterprise sales experience
Strong understanding of technical sales cycles
Excellent facilitator and communicator
Experience in training program design
Skilled at creating structured onboarding experiences
