Job Description

As a Finance Support Specialist you will be an expert on Adyen’s finance and treasury platform, supporting financial teams of merchants globally to facilitate their operations and growth. You will be responsible for helping merchants use financial products and advising product teams on development resources.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for merchants and commercial teams for financial issues
• Educate and advise merchants’ financial teams on platform usage
• Analyze merchant pain points and work with product and development teams to improve products

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with financial products in banking or Fintech
• Strong finance and analytical skills
• Strong commercial sensibility
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Experience dealing with ambiguity
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
