Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Adyen, you will be the first point of contact for merchants, providing technical support and guidance on the Adyen platform and APIs. You will be responsible for the full merchant lifecycle, from integration to operational excellence, and will work with various teams to ensure merchants can successfully process payments.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key source of knowledge on the Adyen platform and APIs
  • Be responsible for the merchants’ full lifecycle
  • Be an internal product advocate
  • Advise merchants regarding the best implementation practices

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Innovative with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Affinity with internet technologies and knowledge of technical processes
  • Self-driven and flexible
  • Ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
  • Previous exposure to environments rich in uncertainty
  • Ability to make quick informed decisions under pressure
  • STEM degree preferred
