Good Inside seeks a strategic and enthusiastic Head of People to support its fast-growing team. This hybrid role, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, involves guiding HR strategies, managing the full employee lifecycle, fostering a high-performance culture, and building HR systems to support a scaling organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner with experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to guide HR strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership
• Foster a high-performance culture
• Lead the full employee lifecycle
• Manage employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, health, and safety programs
• Build and optimize HR systems, policies, and processes
• Manage talent strategy
• Plan and execute key people initiatives

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in HR or related area
• Ability to balance tactical HR Operational needs with providing strategic guidance
• Proven experience in confidently running the People function in a scaling organization
• Fluent with Gmail, Google calendar, Google tools, Greenhouse, Leapsome and Rippling
