Job Description
As a marketing leader, you'll craft the narrative, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for trading products and tools at a world-leading crypto exchange, driving growth and adoption of decentralized technology.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute product marketing strategy for the Americas
Drive growth in community engagement and product adoption
Coordinate and expand global community programs in the Americas
Establish a strong brand presence across crypto industry events
Adapt global product messaging to regional nuances
Develop region-specific narratives
Act as the voice of the US and LATAM customer
Establish a structured feedback loop between American users and global product teams
Requirements
At least 10 years of product marketing experience in consumer tech, fintech, or the crypto industry
Direct trading experience in crypto markets is highly desirable
Proven leadership experience
In-depth understanding of financial markets
Strong grasp of digital marketing
Extensive experience in building and scaling crypto-native communities
Outstanding communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in conducting market research
