Job Description

As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the development and evolution of consumer crypto trading, stable coin services, and fiat deposit/withdrawal services. You will make architectural decisions, influence team strategy, and lead large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture, design, and best practices
• Take ownership of system-wide architecture
• Lead and execute complex projects
• Identify and resolve scaling bottlenecks
• Make technical trade-offs
• Drive security, quality, and observability best practices
• Write high-quality code and conduct code reviews
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of the crypto industry
• Expertise in backend development, preferably Java
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and API design
• Experience with high-availability systems
• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong hands-on coding skills
