Job Description

OKX is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Designer to join the team, where you will help guide the team's attention to UX craft and lead cross-functional design alignment and efficiency across our global apps. This pivotal role focuses on crafting dynamic and engaging user experiences that foster a strong connection between our products and their users. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with our global design, product, creative, strategy, engineering, and research teams to elevate the cutting edge of our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
• Generate ideas quickly and connect regularly with customers
• Participate in design critiques and present work
• Own end-to-end design quality
• Co-lead the product development process
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and ship experiences
• Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions

Requirements

• Native to crypto and have experience or interest in investing in Cefi or DeFi
• 3-5 years of Product Design experience
• Experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment
• A portfolio of design work
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
• Proficient in dissecting complex problems and translating them into user-centric experiences
• Skilled in thriving within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise in employing design methodologies and tools
• Strong capabilities in delivering effective presentations
• Experienced in articulating complex and abstract concepts persuasively
• Extensive background in developing digital products and experiences
• An ability to work in an agile development environment
