OKX is seeking a Senior Design System Designer to lead the evolution of their design system. The role involves shaping strategy, driving adoption, and ensuring scalability of the multi-platform design system, requiring strong leadership, communication skills, and a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion design system strategy
• Evangelize the design system throughout the organization
• Lead the design and development of components, patterns, and tokens
• Establish and refine processes for design system governance
• Mentor and guide other designers
• Drive design system adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide expert solutions on design

Requirements

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with a focus on design systems
• Proven ability to implement successful design system strategies
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Expert knowledge of design tools and technologies
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and design system methodologies
• Familiarity with data-driven design and A/B testing practices
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements
• A curious and proactive mindset
• Strong time management skills
• Experience in driving adoption of design systems
