Job Description

Anduril Industries seeks a Production Supervisor to manage a team of technicians, overseeing product manufacturing for military and commercial customers. This role requires technical and people management skills, focusing on production, quality control, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery
• Set priorities and direct daily operations
• Ensure safety procedures are followed
• Prioritize work activities for on-time delivery
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement
• Complete transactions in production systems
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Provide weekly production reports
• Support other functional groups
• Lead daily communication with cross-functional teams
• Support new operator training
• Build a positive team culture
• Execute production plans
• Manage, coach, mentor, and support production associates
• Maintain standardized manufacturing instructions
• Support issue resolution and corrective actions
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Generate daily pass downs and quality reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of production management experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of production rate and manufacturing fundamentals
• Knowledge of the product life cycle and LEAN manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Willingness to work hands-on
• Experience in process and equipment troubleshooting
• Passion for employee development
• Experience supporting process and equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, or 6-Sigma principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be a U.S. Person
