Job Description

A senior electrical engineer is needed to design and validate electrical systems for new peripheral products for the PlayStation community. The role involves working with a team to develop electrical designs and automate validation tests, from circuit design to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to electrical system design and validation
• Develop automated validation tests
• Build and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing partners
• Lead hardware debug and issue resolution
• Anticipate and respond to manufacturing challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years of electrical design and validation experience in consumer electronics
• Experience with consumer products and new product development
• Familiarity with EE and acoustic bench test equipment
• Familiarity with automated test software development (Python)
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
