Job Description

Brillio is seeking a BlueCat Specialist to join their Digital Infrastructure team. The role involves reviewing change requests, implementing and validating changes, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with BlueCat, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review change request forms
• Collaborate with requestors
• Test change requests
• Implement and validate changes
• Provide technical information
• Respond to monitoring alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP issues
• Plan and implement patches
• Generate operational reports
• Train and lead teammates
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Work with customers, partners, vendors, and team members

Requirements

• Network and systems administration experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Expertise with Linux, ISC BIND, and ISC DHCP
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft DNS & DHCP
• Recent and strong background with BlueCat
• Ideally BlueCat certified
• Working background with Infoblox and Diamond IP
• Ideally Infoblox and/or Diamond IP certified
