Job Description

The Strategic Customer Success Manager will serve a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in the Americas, illustrating the value of Dataiku's software and services. They will work with stakeholders to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention, acting as the internal voice of the customer and collaborating with other teams to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Understand client use cases and desired business outcomes
  • Help clients translate business use cases into data science solutions
  • Provide value assessments around use cases and efficiency improvements
  • Provide guidance on leveraging Dataiku for data science projects
  • Implement customer engagement strategies
  • Leverage customer health analytics
  • Collaborate with the Sales team for renewals and expansion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management, customer success, or consulting experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of data science project lifecycle
  • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
