Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support for Sony Music Entertainment’s Central America & Caribbean division. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Draft and edit presentations and other documents
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Coordinate credentials for events
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Coordinate and manage assigned projects
  • Assist with accounts receivable and payable
  • Manage card end-to-end
  • Coordinate concert and event ticket purchases
  • Assist with business reports
  • Coordinate SME CAC’s role in local PP&B societies
  • Assist with office organization
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, events, and special projects
  • Coordinate event production and follow-up activities
  • Manage team logistics and communication for events
  • Coordinate guest lists for events
  • Process invoices and track expenses
  • Assist with corporate filings
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Organize and maintain documents, files, and office supplies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to travel and attend events
  • Ability to work in-person
  • Previous experience in music industry or entertainment-related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools (preferred)
