Job Description

Gusto is seeking an HR Shared Services Knowledge Manager to establish information governance, streamline processes, and drive self-serve information access for its distributed workforce. The role involves building scalable processes for the internal knowledge base, collaborating with IT, and applying AI for seamless user access to information.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a user-friendly Confluence experience
• Collaborate with IT to create and update information in Confluence
• Drive optimal management and use of knowledge management tools, including AI
• Establish and share best practices for internal knowledge management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Knowledge base & Knowledge systems management in the HR space
• Understanding of applying emerging AI trends
• Experience in tool suites such as Atlassian & Confluence
• Expertise in relationship building
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
