Job Description

OKX is seeking a leader to build a marketing compliance function, creating a framework with policies, procedures, and review processes. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliant marketing communications and initiatives, balancing regulatory rigor with business enablement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the marketing compliance function
  • Design and implement a global compliance framework for marketing communications
  • Develop and maintain marketing compliance policies and procedures
  • Define and operationalize a review and approval process for marketing communications
  • Establish a monitoring and testing program for post-campaign compliance reviews
  • Track, report, and remediate non-compliance incidents
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and implement required changes
  • Ensure product launch communications and campaigns are fully compliant
  • Support business decisions considering regulatory risks
  • Develop training materials and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance, legal, or marketing compliance roles, ideally in financial services or fintech
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing regulations and standards
  • Experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets
  • Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
  • Experience engaging with regulatory bodies or supporting regulatory audits
  • Prior experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment
