OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the optimization and execution of global and entity-level compliance risk assessments across various domains. The role involves conducting risk assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, developing SOPs, and monitoring KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Global FC Risk Assessment
• Perform domain-specific risk assessments
• Partner with stakeholders to procure data
• Conduct risk assessments for existing products
• Develop and maintain risk assessment notification process
• Develop and maintain SOPs
• Manage Global Country Risk Rating
• Define and monitor risk assessment KPIs
• Conduct risk control self assessments
• Refine risk assessment methodology
• Analyze quantitative data
• Provide Risk Assessment Advisory support

Requirements

• Experience conducting BSA/AML and OFAC Risk Assessments
• Experience in financial services or consulting
• Experience with risk assessment tooling or automation
• Familiarity with ERM-aligned risk taxonomies
• Understanding of jurisdictional regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional working groups
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
