Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to strengthen compliance capabilities by establishing and embedding a robust regulatory controls framework for crypto assets and financial services. The role involves managing regulatory change, conducting risk assessments, and driving remediation, working across various teams to deliver enterprise-wide compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory change management for the US and Americas
• Monitor and interpret emerging regulatory developments
• Drive readiness programs for new regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with third parties providing regulatory mapping services
• Integrate regulatory obligations into policies and procedures
• Lead jurisdictional regulatory mapping exercises
• Oversee regulatory gap analyses and risk assessments
• Provide input into license applications and renewals
• Support regulatory inquiries and audits
• Collaborate on enterprise-wide initiatives and control frameworks
• Refine compliance policies and procedures
• Develop training materials and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Contribute to management reporting and updates

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk roles within financial services, consulting, or fintech/crypto sectors
• Deep understanding of US regulatory frameworks
• Experience building and managing compliance controls frameworks
• Track record of delivering regulatory change initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required
