Honeycomb Insurance seeks a seasoned HRBP & Talent Acquisition Partner in Chicago. This dual role involves end-to-end recruitment and partnering with business leaders on HR initiatives, shaping the company's growth and culture.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and teams
Support onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, welfare, and development initiatives
Lead employee engagement efforts, pulse surveys, retention programs, and culture initiatives
Help implement and localize global HR policies and programs in the U.S.
Identify and address people challenges and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
Ensure alignment with local and global employment regulations
Partner with the HR Director on strategic projects
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and build hiring strategies
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
Provide a top-notch candidate experience
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and market insights
Collaborate with the existing recruiter and broader HR team to scale global hiring efforts
Requirements
5+ years of experience as Human Resources Partner and recruiter
Solid understanding of HR practices
Proven success recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth companies
Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Experience working with HR and ATS tools
Comfortable working hybrid in the Chicago office 4 days a week
People person with a strong business oriented mindset
