Job Description

The Senior Manager, People Operations will drive data-driven decision-making across people operations, HR compliance, total rewards, HRIS management, onboarding, and offboardings. The Manager will lead best-in-class People Operations processes, procedures, and systems that meet the company’s business needs and provide excellent customer service to our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HRIS day-to-day and oversee HR system process improvements, data integrity, access management, system integrations and solutions implementations, and end-user support
  • Streamline and optimize people processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance and partner cross-functionally on regulatory initiatives
  • Manage HR data reporting including all required reporting to ensure compliance with employment rules and regulations
  • Ensure that HR recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with the relevant rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality end-to-end employee experience
  • Ensure People Operations operates in accordance with applicable compliance standards, policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations
  • Oversee audits and vendor management for benefits, 401(k), Workers' Comp, and other People-related services
  • Manage the design, implementation, and communication of health, wellness, and leave programs
  • Lead enrollment processes, including project planning, communication strategies, and system updates
  • Lead, develop, hire, and inspire a high performing team
  • Day-to-day management and mentorship of direct reports
  • Establish accountability and measuring success through reporting and data resources

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an HR Operations environment
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field
  • Prior experience with developing strategic HRIS roadmaps and implementations
  • Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Prior experience in successfully overseeing Benefits and Total Rewards
  • Strong team player with the ability to build trust
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a proven ability to influence and build relationships
