Job Description

The Strategic Program Manager will support high-value, complex enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and with customers. This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, program planning, and aligning engagements with customer goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment and execution against key account activities and priorities
  • Orchestrate strategic customer initiatives, aligning resources and scheduling engagements
  • Track and communicate progress across milestones and blockers
  • Facilitate client meetings and workshops

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing program or project management role, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align efforts with customer goals
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting, customer success, project management, or professional services role in an enterprise B2B SaaS role
  • 7+ years of overall professional experience in the software, consulting or product industries
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
