Job Description

The Strategic Program Manager will support high-value, complex enterprise accounts, coordinating across internal teams and with customers to ensure alignment with customer goals. This role requires strong program management skills, an understanding of enterprise SaaS, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment and execution against key account activities, deliverables, timelines, and strategic priorities
  • Orchestrate strategic customer initiatives, aligning resources, scheduling engagements, and facilitating meetings
  • Track and communicate progress across milestones and blockers to internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate recurring client meetings, workshops, and planning sessions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing program or project management role, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align efforts with customer business goals
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting, customer success, project management, or professional services role in an enterprise B2B SaaS role
  • 7+ years of overall professional experience in the software, consulting or product industries
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
