Hudl is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure high retention rates, foster product engagement, and drive adoption of key product offerings. The role involves focusing on customer satisfaction, renewals, and influencing account growth.
Responsibilities
Ensure high renewal rates and customer engagement
Conduct check-in calls with coaches and athletic directors
Provide educational material and answer questions
Communicate with users to ensure they are getting the most of their Hudl products
Identify opportunities for additional products or services
Address and resolve user issues
Focus on keeping renewal and engagement rates high and cancellation rates low
Partner with Account Executives to grow overall account spend and drive incremental revenue
Requirements
Comfortable with growth and showing value in current product offerings
Passionate about supporting users and ensuring products make their lives easier
A great communicator, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through web demos
A people person who can handle tough conversations
